PACT’s 25th Anniversary
What were you doing in 1999? It was the year the euro was introduced, Putin came to power in Russia, and Wie is de Mol appeared on TV for the first time. In The Hague, the agency PACT was founded, with an innovative approach to public affairs and communication, and a journalistic perspective. Twenty-five years later, we are fresher and more dynamic than ever, with a creative outlook on lobbying, communication, consultancy, and digital public affairs. To celebrate this milestone, we created a special anniversary magazine. Trends in public affairs. For this, we interviewed eight influential figures in and around the world of public affairs, supplementing the interviews with facts, insights, and inspiring examples. Altogether, it provides a clear picture of our vision and approach.

During the 25th anniversary, Anton Buijs, a close friend of PACT, presented a column to the guests. In his column, he discusses recent developments in politics, public administration, and the energy sector, as well as expectations for the future. He also highlights how these developments impact public affairs.
