Verslaafd aan energie

Noud Köper, Director of PACT, is the author of several books on energy and spatial development. His latest book, “Verslaafd aan Energie” (Addicted to Energy), describes the Netherlands' inability to implement a sustainable climate policy. He interviewed a significant number of key players from politics, business, interest groups, and academia for this purpose.
